OK ... we admit that today was a bit of a letdown after yesterday’s 40 whales. But, 16 whales tops March 4th’s total: a fine total in a crazy year.

We had 8 sightings of northbound Gray whales: all were pairs except a single and a trio.

The usual dolphins were around today, but not in the big numbers of the past few days, and in the Daylight Savings afternoon we spotted a Harbor seal.

We are looking forward to more craziness continuing tomorrow ...
