This is the second day in a row that our local Osprey has paraded its catch past us. Before this run of success, some Counters had disparaged the Osprey’s diving skill: O for 2015 when we were watching. To be fair, the bird had obviously been far more successful than we recorded; and, we did not see the actual catches either day. We did, however, see the result: fish for dinner.

Even in better weather than we anticipated, the five Gray whale Cow/calf pairs plus a separate single were hard to track. There was an exception, but there was not a lot of surface time.

We did manage to record a Harbor seal and several Bottlenose dolphins.
